Dates of the seminars Dates are determined by demand. The seminars can be given during the week or at the weekend. The disadvantage of individual inscriptions is that a minimal number of 6 participants is required for the seminar to take place. Seminar location and registration costs When the seminar takes place at the head office of the Institute in Belgium : a) individual registrations : 770 Euros; b) group registration of a maximum of 8 participants : 4000 Euros. These prices include lunches, coffee breaks and handouts. When the seminar is organised by a professional association the speaker's fees amount to 4600 Euros. This sum remains the same whatever the number of participants (limited, nevertheless, to a maximum of 25). A distribution of handouts is included in the price. However, all the expenses of the organisation and meals are the responsibility of the professional group. If the seminar is organised outside of Belgium, travel and hotel expenses should be added to the speaker's fees. Cancellation charges For seminars organised in Belgium there will be a cancellation charge of 100 Euros for individual registrations and 200 Euros for professional associations. For seminars organised abroad, travel and hotel expenses already incurred should be added.
